You will receive an email from us providing details of the order and delivery timeline.
Can Someone else pick up the order on my behalf?
Yes; however, the individual must have the order number.
I am not in Abuja; do you ship products across states?
We ship products across all the states in Nigeria. Your order will be delivered to you 48 hours after you receive the confirmation email.
Can I return a product for exchange or refund?
we do not offer accepts returns and refunds at the moment. However, if you find out your parcel is wrong or broken on delivery, kindly contact us.
Is it safe to make payments online on the Elegante website?
Yes, our payment gateway is 100% secured.
How long does it take to deliver?
Usually, delivery takes about 24-48 hours after an order has been approved.
What is your shipping cost?
Shipping cost vary depending on your location. However, once you select a location, the cost will be automatically added to your order during checkout.
Can I order online and pickup at your store?
Yes, you can place your order and pick up your parcel from our shop front. Once your order is placed and processed, you'll receive an email that your parcel is ready for pickup.
Do you offer same day delivery?
Yes, orders placed before 2PM in Abuja can be delivered the same day.
